No problem! Provide us your contact details and we can put you on the General Contact List. During the course of the school year, you may be contacted to assist with various programs and events such as book fairs, school festivals, bingo night, picture day, vision and hearing screening, etc. We would be happy to have your help when you are available. From time to time Parents' Club will utilize committees to help us reach our goals. Some examples are our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee as well as committees to help with planing community events (e.g. Trunk or Treat, Winter Celebration). If you are interested in joining or forming a committee, please let us know by reaching out to our volunteer coordinator.
We often have open board positions throughout the year, so feel free to inquire about openings at any time. Typically we will publicize any upcoming board vacancies in the Spring for the coming school year. Our bylaws provide further information on the process as well as the responsibilities of each role.
Parents' Club typically holds 2 general meetings each year that are open to everyone, one in the fall and one in the spring. The dates for these meetings will be posted in advance and a streaming option will also be provided.
